Prices from our approved caterers start at around $65 per person including GST, which covers canapés, buffet main and dessert. Prices vary between caterers, as well as the type of serving style and menu items that you choose. This ensures that you have the ability to pick a caterer to suit your budget. We are able to provide sample menus and pricing from our approved caterers upon request.

Absolutely! You are welcome to BYO a wedding cake, whether this has been baked by someone you know or from a professional baker. We can recommend some amazing local cake businesses.

Yes, you will need to arrange plates and cutlery as most caterers do not include these items in their packages.
You can add plates and cutlery to your bar package with Kindred Spirits (see below), or we can recommend local hire companies who have some nice tableware available.

There is a huge range of menu options across our catering list for you to choose from.
The most popular dining styles are shared platters (also called family style) and buffet. If you have a more formal plated meal in mind, or even walk-and-fork, these options are also available.

Bar & Beverages
Baylys' Farm is a BYO venue, which means you're welcome to supply your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - with no corkage fee.
On your wedding day the bar will be managed by the local bar legends at ‘Kindred Spirits’. Their services are booked separately to the venue, and their experienced team provide professional bar staff, glassware and a range of services to keep your guests refreshed all day long.
We provide the physical bar units as part of our Full Wedding Packages, both at our Onewhero and Brampton Venues.
Whether you want to keep the drinks list simple, or treat your guests to some delicious cocktails, we’ve ensured that you have the flexibility to tailor the beverages and bar on your wedding day.

All bar packages include bar staff, glassware and other bar related items. Get in touch if you would like to check out more details on bar packages.

We provide the physical bar units as part of our Baylys’ Farm ‘Full Wedding Package’. There are also some back-of-house spaces that the bar team will utilise for cleaning etc.
From there Kindred Spirits will provide the rest of the equipment required to run the bar at your wedding day (chiller trailer, chilly bins, water dispensers, carafes, shakers, glassware, cleaning equipment etc).

We ask that the bar staff are at the venue for the full duration of your event.
They will arrive prior to guest arrival for set-up, and serve guests water upon arrival.
From there, they will remain at the marquee bar all day to serve your drinks until 11pm.

Absolutely! Custom cocktails are Kindred Spirits’ speciality. Get in touch with the team to discuss cocktail options that you have in mind, or let them create something completely custom based on your favourite flavours.

We highly recommend booking a chiller trailer for your wedding day. Not only is it the best place to keep your beverages cool but it also acts as a storage room.
